DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSIONS

Following documents are required for admission in Wood Ridge International School -

• Transfer Certificate in original.
• Mark Sheet in original.
• Date of birth certificate of the child - zerox.
• Adhar Card of the child - zerox.
• Parent's Adhar/ID zerox and self attested.
• Six copies of recent passport size photographs of the child.
• Parent's photograph.
• Group Photograph of the child with parents.
• Duly filled in admission form.
• Medical Proforma.
• Undertaking by parents.
