Greetings from Wood Ridge International School,
Education is not mere accumulation of facts; it is preparation of life itself. Education is knowledge imbued with wisdom and ethics. It develops the personality of the students, moulds their character and develops mental skills to help them cope with problems and challenges of the complex world of today. The aim is to make them successful not only in life, but also conscious of their duties and responsibilities towards their fellow citizens.
At this juncture, I would like to acknowledge and extend my heartfelt gratitude to all those who have made significant contributions to turn humble efforts that started 25 years before into Wood Ridge International School . Wood Ridge feels happy today for it has successfully developed a holistic system where the nitty-gritty of formal education has been intricately woven with moral, spiritual, and social education. The dynamism of the young talent blooming in our garden is being tapped; the skills and the potentialities of its students are being mined out and chiseled.
At Wood Ridge International School , priority is also given to the teaching of critical thinking skills such as reasoning and problem solving, to help our students develop the ability to reach sound conclusions based on observation and information. Our school curricula also allows our teachers the flexibility to adopt innovative methods to stimulate interest and attention among the students and develop in them an appreciation for the values of the past, the excitement of the present and the challenges of the future . Along with board exams, we have integrated courses for JEE and NEET through individual centric and conceptual approach.
